Hey guys we’re looking for a retirement property. He own a home in San Clemente CA. We would like a 2-3 bedroom place near the beach in a walkable town. I’m a surfer but am 58 y/o now. Do you have any suggestions? I’ve been to Costa Rica but it’s kind of over priced now. What would we have to spend to get something in a safe area there. Thanks. Scott and Rebecca
Hi Guys. Without knowing more about what you are looking for we can’t really answer your question. There are far too many factors to consider.
